Kingsford Events helped keep around 130,000 visitors to the city centre based Christmas Market safe with the installation of their public address systems covering all part of the city centre where that the event occupied. Using their modern public address system equipment, Kingsford Events installed - during the nights prior to the event, so as to minimise disruption to normal city centre operations and public foot traffic - 2km of cable to create a 4 zone system. Delegate management for 4000 delegates
Kingsford Events have completed a project co-ordinating the accommodation for 4000 delegates attending their companies awards and celebration event. Allocating accommodation across a number of hotels and producing hotel rooming lists for each, as well as identifying travel requirements to and from the event.
